We are happy to refund your order on the criteria below. 

  1. Once you have received your goods, the return request form must be completed and sent through to us within 30 days of receipt of goods.
  2. The goods need to be complete, unused and undamaged, and with all original packaging.
  3. The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by us.


  1. If your item is faulty, we will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed, regardless of your location. So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible, please contact us first regarding any damaged or faulty items.
  2. If you no longer want your item within 30 days of receiving the item, we are happy to refund at no cost and will send a shipping label for you to post the item back to us. Please contact us first to arrange a refund.

To start a return, you must contact us at info@heatupclothing.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label free of charge. PLEASE NOTE, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to cancel your order or change of mind
To start a cancellation, you must contact us at info@heatupclothing.com ASAP and before your order has been given a tracking number, otherwise your order can not be cancelled and must be refunded once arrived and gone through our refunds process above.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item
If you were accidentally sent the wrong item, you must contact us at info@heatupclothing.com, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and supply you with a returns label for the wrong item

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, usually 5–7 days.
